2 cloves of crushed garlic
225 grams of butter, room temperature
40g of parmesan cheese
15g fresh dill. Minced or 1 tsp dried dill weed, crumbled
2,5g dried marjoram
2,5g basil
2,5g chives
2,5gblack pepper
1,25g dried thyme,crumbled
30g fresh parsley, minced
Note: 1 tbsp is 15 g, 1 tsp is 5 g
Directions:
1.Place butter, garlic, parmesan and cream cheese in a bowl and mix it well.
2.Proceed to add all the other ingredients and stir them for a minute or so.
3.Put it in a closed container and transfer to the fridge to cool off.
