Ingredients
- Around 400 gram Brie (whole cheese)
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the brie onto the lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle the honey on top of the brie.
- Top the brie with the blueberries.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the brie from oven and place it on a serving dish.
- Cutting the rind of the brie will release the melted cheese.
- Serve with savoury biscuits or bread.
