BEGINNER CHEESE KIT

Contains all the ingredients, equipment and easy to follow recipes to make +- 30kg cheese.

Contents: Rennet, culture, salt, citric acid, calcium chloride, ph sticks, thermometer, cheese mould, cheese cloth, draining gauze.

The following cheeses can be made with either 2 liters full cream shop bought or farm milk: feta, cream cheese, halloumi, anari, ricotta, fromage frais, chevre, lactic cheese, paneer

Also suitable for goats milk.
