ST/STEEL POT FOR CHEESE & YOGHURT MAKING WITH THERMOSTAT

A 27litre st/steel pot for making cheese, yoghurt, and pasteurizing milk with a digital thermostat for specific temperatures and settings.

An inner pot can be purchased to use as a double boiler with the pot. Water is placed in the pot and milk in the inner pot. This is to ensure milk does not burn when heated to high temperatures required to make yoghurt or to pasteurize.
