THE BUSINESS
Finest Kind is a closed corporation established in 1993 and imports
and distributes high quality cheese, butter and yoghurt making
ingredients and equipment to the dairy industry. Finest Kind stocks
goods from world-renowned well established companies that have
stood the test of time.
THE CLIENTS
Finest Kind clients process cow, goats or sheep milk to cheese,
butter & yoghurt. They range from the smallholder with one
cow, goat or sheep who has never made cheese before to large well-known
factories. They are farmers living in the remote areas of Southern
Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and even as far north as Kenya as well
as highly trained scientists and technicians. Finest Kind has
had the pleasure of witnessing many of its clients grow from a
small kitchen cheese industry to a mini factory size operation
with Finest Kinds well-researched cheese recipes.
THE SERVICE
Finest Kind offers its clients a friendly, efficient and informed
service in English, Afrikaans, Xhosa, Sotho and Zulu. Orders may
be placed by email, fax or telephone. Our dispatch procedures
ensure that your order reaches you safely and quickly by speed
post, insured post or courier anywhere in Southern Africa. With
20 years experience in the cheese industry, Finest Kind offers
informed technical advise and consultation especially for the
start up cheesemaker in goat, sheep or cows milk. All first time
cheesemakers receive tried and tested easy to follow recipes free
of charge with their first order.
